By accessing and using CLIQS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CLIQS is a free career tools platform that provides:

• An ATS-optimised CV Builder with professional templates
• An AI-powered ATS Score Checker for CV analysis and optimization

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To use certain features (CV Builder, ATS Score Checker), you must create an account using GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information as necessary.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal usage
• Circumvent or manipulate rate limits or usage restrictions

Free accounts are subject to weekly usage limits:

• 1 CV creation per week
• 3 ATS score checks per week

These limits reset weekly. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the CV Builder. CLIQS does not claim ownership over your CV content.

The CLIQS platform, including its design, code, logos, and interface, is the property of CLIQS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ATS Score Checker uses third-party AI models to analyze CV content. By using this feature:

• You consent to your CV text being sent to AI providers for analysis
• You understand that AI-generated feedback is advisory and may not be 100% accurate
• You acknowledge that AI outputs should not be considered professional career advice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Banned users will be unable to sign in.

CLIQS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is free and provided without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
